Arctic Blue Eggers lay a beautiful blue egg. She will produce higher quality eggs than a pure Araucana. Created by crossing Araucana and White Leghorns, this chicken will lay a large quantity of eggs with blue shells. They are known for being good foragers and lightweight requiring less feed than other birds or larger breeds. Plumage color varies among individual birds so you can count on having a great variety of beautiful colors and patterns! 95% of all Prairie Bluebells will lay a blue colored egg. The other 5% will lay a white tinted egg.
