These girls got mixed together. They are either Blue Copper Maran (what I suspect most) OR a Blue Olive Eggers.
Both breeds are Blue and Both have feathered feet.

Blue Copper Marans are sturdy and strong birds. They add a fun twist to your regular chocolate layers. They are a great dual-purpose breed raised for meat and for their rich chocolate-colored eggs. They do well in confinement and are sometimes confused with the barred rocks. They do great in cold weather and adapt well to hot weather conditions, provided there's plenty of shade and water. They love treats and will likely follow you around begging for more. They are one of the most faithful of layers. The hens make excellent mothers and easily goes broody. With a lifespan of 5 to 8 years, it's not uncommon for those raised as pets to get closer to a 10 year mark. They require low maintenance and like to scavenge for their meals. They are ideal in urban settings and adjust to their environment with ease.
**These were hatched out of level 7/8 chocolate eggs; and genetically they should lay dark eggs. However, we do not make any guarantee on the color of egg, because of simply that - genetics. The only way to guarantee egg color is to purchase a hen already laying**

BIOSECURITY NOTICE
Customers must remain in the designated parking areas during pickup. Please leave all carriers and transportation containers in your vehicle. We will bring your birds to you and assist with loading to help maintain flock biosecurity.
