Live Arrival Guarantee
At Wise County Chicken Farm, we partner with trusted hatcheries to provide healthy, quality poultry shipped directly to your door. Every shipment is carefully packed with the birds' health and safety in mind. While live animal shipping always carries some inherent risk, we stand behind our hatchery partners' Live Arrival Guarantee.
Qualifying for the Live Arrival Guarantee

- Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Notify Wise County Chicken Farm within 2 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of:
- The unopened shipping box.

Failure to report a claim within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
What is Not Covered
The Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover:
- Deaths occurring after delivery.
