Eggs should be rested pointed end down for 12 to 24 hours before incubation. They are not washed to ensure the natural protective bloom remains intact. Hatch rates vary based on incubation methods, equipment quality, and handling, and are not guaranteed.

As these factors are outside of our control once eggs leave the breeder, refunds, replacements, or credits cannot be provided for eggs that fail to hatch or produce lower-than-expected hatch rates.
