White Crested Silver Laced Polish are a unique breed all on its own. It's got a cute little fluff ball on top of its head, and they are relatively calm breed of chicken. They are considered an ornamental breed with varying colors, including, buff, splash, blues etc. They are a heritage breed of chicken and are known for their friendly dispositions. Their feathers are often used for decoration, and they are known to be one of the most popular in backyard flocks across North America. They are efficient at foraging for their own food and do well on free-range farms.
