Thank you for choosing Wise County Chicken Farm. We offer a combination of local pickup, local delivery, and nationwide shipping on select products. Shipping methods vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Local Pickup
Most live poultry sold by Wise County Chicken Farm is available by appointment-only local pickup from our farm in Paradise, Texas.
Customers purchasing live poultry through local pickup should review our Buyer Responsibilities & Local Pickup Policy prior to their appointment.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for select orders and locations. Delivery availability, scheduling, and applicable fees will be discussed prior to confirming your order.
Once poultry has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Please review our Buyer Responsibilities & Local Pickup Policy for additional information.
Nationwide Shipping
Select products, including certain live poultry and hatching eggs, are available for shipment within the continental United States.
Live poultry is generally shipped Monday through Wednesday via USPS to reduce the likelihood of birds remaining in transit over a weekend.
Hatching eggs may be shipped on different schedules depending on availability and seasonal conditions.

Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the products ordered, seasonal availability, weather conditions, hatch schedules, and inventory.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
Weather Delays
The health and welfare of our animals always comes first.
Wise County Chicken Farm reserves the right to delay or reschedule shipments when weather conditions may create an unnecessary risk to live poultry or hatching eggs. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme heat, extreme cold, severe storms, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers are selected based on the product being purchased. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or replacements. Please refer to the applicable product policy for complete details.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, contact information, and any delivery instructions required for successful delivery.
Wise County Chicken Farm is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
