Returns & Refunds
We offer a limited 7-day return policy on eligible poultry-related products purchased online or in store.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Some items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Reach out if you are unsure if your product qualifies or not
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Vitamins, supplements, or medications
- Perishable goods (feed, food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution when applicable.
