Return & Refund Policy

At Wise County Chicken Farm, we strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. Because we offer both live animals and non-living merchandise, different products are subject to different return and refund policies.

Products Covered by This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to eligible non-living merchandise purchased from Wise County Chicken Farm, including poultry supplies, equipment, and accessories.

The following products have separate policies and are not covered under this Return & Refund Policy:


Eligible Returns

Eligible non-living merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The item is not listed as a non-returnable product below.

Some manufacturers require returns to be processed directly through them. If applicable, we will gladly assist you in determining the appropriate return process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used merchandise.
  • Live poultry or other live animals.
  • Hatching eggs.
  • Feed, food, treats, or other perishable products.
  • Vitamins, supplements, medications, or animal health products.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Hazardous or flammable materials.
  • Clearance, closeout, or sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

If you receive a non-living item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may request photographs of:

  • The shipping box.
  • The shipping label.
  • The damaged product.
  • Any packaging materials.

Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to process your request.


Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified defective product.


Exchanges

If you need a replacement for an eligible non-living item due to damage or manufacturer defect, please contact us. When available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
