Refund policy

At Wise County Chicken Farm, we offer a variety of products, including live poultry, hatching eggs, and non-living poultry supplies. Because these products are fundamentally different, they are subject to different return, refund, and guarantee policies.

Live Poultry

All live poultry sales are subject to our published policies regarding live animal purchases.

Unless otherwise stated within the applicable policy, live poultry sales are final.

Hatching Eggs

All hatching egg sales are governed by our Hatching Egg Policy.

Because fertility, shipping conditions, incubation equipment, and incubation practices are beyond our control, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed. Hatching eggs are non-returnable and non-refundable except as outlined in the Hatching Egg Policy.

Poultry Supplies & Merchandise

Eligible non-living merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
