Live animals naturally vary in appearance, size, temperament, development, coloration, markings, feather quality, comb development, and other characteristics.

Purchases involving live poultry, other live animals, and hatching eggs involve inherent risks that are not present in ordinary merchandise transactions.

Health, survival, behavior, growth, fertility, hatchability, egg production, sex identification, compatibility, and future performance may be affected by genetics, age, transportation, weather, housing, nutrition, sanitation, stress, handling, disease exposure, incubation practices, and other conditions beyond our control.

Customers purchasing live animals through local pickup or delivery are subject to our Buyer Responsibilities & Local Pickup Policy.

Customers purchasing shipped live poultry are subject to our Shipping Live Poultry Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee.

Customers purchasing hatching eggs are subject to our Hatching Egg Policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the policies applicable to the product and fulfillment method selected.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing, Order & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, modify, or cancel any order you place with us when permitted by law.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, pickup party, or order.

These restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same account, payment method, contact information, household, or address.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear fraudulent, abusive, commercially unreasonable, intended for unauthorized resale, or inconsistent with our policies.

Local pickups and certain services may be available by appointment only.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed location and time with appropriate transportation, carriers, ventilation, protection from weather, and any other supplies needed to safely transport live animals.

We may recommend, reschedule, delay, or decline a pickup, delivery, or shipment when weather, transportation conditions, carrier delays, animal welfare concerns, biosecurity risks, availability, or other circumstances make fulfillment unsafe or impractical.

Pickup windows, delivery dates, hatch dates, shipment dates, and estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Section 9 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, calculators, integrations, booking systems, payment services, maps, or other resources that we do not monitor or control.
